A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 is required after completion of a booking and a signed form returned to Caroline Lavelle-Nicholson. This can be paid credit/debit card or a cheque can be sent to us payable to "Caroline Lavelle-Nicholson". This must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking.
The balance of any payments must be received 1 month prior to the date of the event in the case of weddings and 1 week before a portrait session, with the exception of last minute bookings.
A booking will be held provisionally for seven days after the booking form is submitted. If we do not receive the deposit and the completed form, the booking will be cancelled, unless previously agreed in writing.
Please note, no refund will be offered for any bookings cancelled within one calendar month of the event.
