Things You Might Be Wondering

1) What is your style of photography?

Whilst I have a preference for mainly  candid, documentary, informal type shots, essentially it's your call. I have a style i love, that i hope you will too, but I'll be lead by you all the way.  Many couples prefer more formal shots and I'll work with you in the run up to your wedding/shoot to make sure I produce the kind of shots that you want, combined with the type of photography I know can produce the best results on the day. Essentially, my style is to accommodate your ideal, the best way I know how and produce stunning images I know you'll adore.  I'm not going to dictate what your photo's should look like, I'll simply make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

2) When do you start on the day?

That's up to you, we'll decide that in advance as it's your day, and I'll cover what you want me to.Nothing more, nothing less.

3) Do i require food or anything else?

Absolutely not. Many photographers have a list of all sorts of demands when they attend a wedding, I don't. You shouldn't have to worry about anything but yourselves on the day, as I will simply take a break during your meal, and disappear to re-charge my batteries. You won't even notice I've gone.

4) Do you offer products as part of the packages?

Yes, I have a full range of high quality and prestigious suppliers for many  of the  photographic products you may want. Whilst I can provide all the traditional and not so traditional ways to present your photo's, essentially you are initially paying for me and my skills.  Albums, and all the other fantastic products I offer can be purchased at any stage after your wedding/shoot and with so many brilliant photo products, there's bound to be something that will be perfect for you.  Don't worry though, I'll help you with all the creative stuff, you won't have to sort it yourself

5) Do you always work alone?

In most instances, I find that a single photographer is less obtrusive on the day, especially if you have a videographer or other suppliers present as well. Whilst I sometimes work with an assistant on larger weddings, as a solo photographer, I feel that people know where they stand and have built up  great relationships with all my valued clients.  This means that on the day, you are completely at ease, knowing that there is only one direction you need to look for your official photographer. However, I know many people love the idea of two photographers and if you would like an additional photographer, I work with many exceptionally talented photographers who will be happy to attend as well.

6) Are you a member of a professional Body?

As yet, no, as I have been working for many years to build up my business whilst previously working full time in the Film industry in London, but my professional membership will be on it's way very, very soon.  Rest assured, I have received some fantastic training over the years and constantly invest in professional training in order to maintain the high standards i pride myself on, most recently with one of the leading professional photographic trainers, Annabel Williams.

7) What happens if you are ill?

I've never missed a wedding or photo shoot due to illness and can assure you  it's a very rare occurrence that illness would stop me doing anything. If, however, this rare occurrence did mean I am unable to work, I have an extensive list of contacts that I can call upon, and promise I would do my absolute utmost to ensure your wedding was covered or we would re-arrange your shoot at a time convenient for you. I'm also fully insured for extra peace of mind.

8) Are you insured?

Absolutely, I have all the standard insurances any supplier and photographer should offer, including professional indemnity and public liability.  I've never had to make a claim yet though!

9) Do you cover areas outside the South East?

Yes, absolutely, but in some cases I would have to add travel costs and  possibly overnight accommodation costs for areas outside Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

10) How do we book you?

Simply give me a ring, email, or pop along to one of the wedding fairs I regularly attend, I'll update the home page with the next one I'm going to attend. Full details are available on the 'Contact' page.

What if we have other Questions?

That one's easy, just give me a call or drop me a line, I really don't bite I promise, and we can chat about anything else you might like to know.  Even if you want to just get a feel for who I am and what I'm like, I'm more than happy to have a chat.
